When you join Sample Room, you gain access to our exclusive development team, providing the skills to create your design in house with our experienced pattern makers and sample makers, supporting you as we bring your ideas to life.
Becoming a member unlocks fee-for-service access to our professional product development and build services, ensuring you move forward with clarity, not guesswork. We offer end-to-end product development for creatives who want to launch with professionalism and pride.
Pattern Making
Pattern making is the critical first step in turning your sketches and designs into the technical blueprint for a garment. As a member, you gain access to our expert, in-house pattern making services. A skilled pattern maker crafts a garment that not only fits perfectly but also brings your design to life, allowing them the artistic freedom to weave a symphony of proportions.
We complete patterns in-house, enabling us to quickly and expertly address any questions, concerns, or alterations the factory might have.
Upon completion of the development process, you will own your patterns, which are graded and exported to you with complete specifications.
We specialise all categories of product made of fabric for Women's, Men's, Kids, Accessories, Animal products and more.

Sample Making
Our Fitting and Sampling Services offer essential support in refining your garment's fit and creating physical samples that align with your brand's vision. The journey from a technical document to a finalised product involves a crucial development process where achieving the perfect pattern may necessitate multiple sample iterations with minor adjustments.
During the sample development stage, we complete the pattern and sample in house.
Our goal is to solve technical problems quickly and ensure that the final sample is production-ready, since manufacturers replicate exactly what you provide.
Tech Packs
Tech Packs (Technical Packs or Design Packs) are detailed technical documents that convey the correct fabric, trims, construction, and specification measurements, essential for sampling and bulk production. With our custom tech pack or design pack service, our team of skilled fashion designers will ensure your technical documents are accurate.
These documents include the bill of materials, fabrication pages, construction sheets, and specification measurements.
We start the tech pack as a design brief at the beginning of the design process and this is completed after the pattern is graded. We believe a tech pack accompanies a pattern for the most accurate results in the development process.
Grading
Grading is the meticulous process of scaling your base pattern across your full size range. This intricate process is considered an art; we meticulously scrutinize each line and curve to ensure smooth transitions and perfect alignment, going beyond simple formulas. A skilled grader ensures every size not only looks fabulous but also fits like a dream on every body.
Our senior garment technician will build your size range and set the foundation for consistent fit across your collection, which is critical for customer satisfaction and brand growth.
We offer Grading as a stand alone service. We are more than happy to scan your patterns in using our accurate scanning software and grade the pattern ready for exporting to DXF, Ai or printing to card or a marker, offering flexibility for specific needs.
Production Management
Production Management Services encompass managing the complex manufacturing process, overseeing timelines, quality control, and logistics. We take care of the entire manufacturing, quality assurance, and branding life cycle.

Production management, included in our Retainer Services, covers manufacturing management and communication, local production quality control, on-site factory inspections, and logistics quotation and tracking.
